Eric Kober

Eric Kober is a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute. Before that, he was director of housing, economic and infrastructure planning at the city Department of City Planning. He was a Visiting Scholar at NYU Wagner School of Public Service and a senior research scholar at the Rudin Center for Transportation Policy and Management at the Wagner School.
