Manhattan CB 11 Meeting on East Side Protected Bike Lanes

After approving a plan for protected bike lanes and pedestrian refuges on dangerous First and Second Avenues last year, Manhattan Community Board 11 rescinded the vote when the owners of Patsy's Pizzeria and MilkBurger objected to the project. At this meeting, CB 11's Transportation and Public Safety Committee will take up the protected bike lane plan again, hearing a report from the 1st and 2nd Avenue Bike Lanes Workgroup and voting on the project.
