How did a pair of Chelsea residents with no government experience line up the City, the State, the von Furstenberg-Dillers, and a huge cast of characters to help turn the West Side’s mammoth High Line railroad into a spectacular public space?

Robert Hammond, co-founder of Friends of the High Line, will have a public conversation with Josh Rubin from Cool Hunting about Robert’s experiences with the High Line project since Friends of the High Line was founded in 1999. This is part of a program series put on by Out Professionals.
